Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Fluently AI, Inc. (“Fluently,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Do Not Reply mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous play

You can play without creating an account. In that case we assign an anonymous identifier so we can save your progress on that device.

Sign in with Apple or Google

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store a provider user ID so we can restore your account. We also store the email address the provider shares with us, unless you hide it with Apple’s “Hide My Email” option (in which case we store the relay address Apple provides).

Gameplay

We store gameplay data needed to run the App, including messages, run or story state, and token or in-app balance. Voice, photos, or other media you send during a run are part of gameplay and are used to provide the experience, not sold as advertising data.

Device and usage

We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash or diagnostic logs so we can operate and improve the App.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and restore the App and your progress
  • Authenticate you if you sign in with Apple or Google
  • Process in-app purchases and token balances
  • Debug, secure, and improve the App
  • Respond to support and deletion requests
  • Comply with law

3. Vendors and sharing

We use service providers to run the App, including hosting, account authentication, and model or voice processing. They receive only what they need to perform those services for us.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect Fluently or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep information as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can delete your account in the App (Messages → account → delete account). If you uninstalled the App, follow the steps on our account deletion page or email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify the request. We complete deletion within 30 days.

5. Children

Do Not Reply is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

6. California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

7. International users

The App is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not have the same data-protection laws as your country.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
