Delete your Do Not Reply account

This page is for the Do Not Reply mobile app from Fluently AI, Inc.

Use it to request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

How to delete your account

In the app

Open Do Not Reply
Tap account in the top right of Messages
Tap delete account
Confirm

That immediately deletes your account and associated data on our servers.

If you uninstalled the app

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use the subject Do Not Reply account deletion. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, write from that relay address, or tell us enough to identify the account (for example the Google or Apple email you signed in with).

We may need to verify the request. We complete deletion within 30 days, usually sooner.

What we delete

Account identifiers (internal user ID, Apple or Google ID, email)
Gameplay data (messages, run or story state)
Token or in-app balance stored on our servers

What we keep

Apple and Google keep their own in-app purchase records. This process does not refund purchases.
We may retain information if required by law (for example a valid legal request). We do not otherwise keep a copy of your account after deletion.

Partial deletion

We do not offer deleting only some data while keeping the account. Delete the account to remove associated personal data.
